When I discovered human-centered design, it became a medium to express this passion through a different lens.
During my youth, I wanted to be all of these: artist, author, actress, film director, psychologist. I saw later the common thread that interlaced these studies was the ability to capture the deeper meaning behind a story and interpret it in a way that resonated with different audiences. Human-centered design turned out to be the same instinct in a different font. I read what people actually need, and translate it into something they will use.
