My approach is fluid and takes the shape of constraints in order to break through the obstacles. Ego aside, research forward, thinking inside the box but expressed in unique and authentic shapes that truly target the heart of an issue. These past five years, I've designed systems that work for the people - from modernizing a tax payment flow used by millions of Americans, to researching how users trust AI personalization for Google's Gemini, to building financial wellness tools for users navigating debt. I ask how the experience can be clear and frictionless for users while gaining positive metrics without exploitative dark patterns.
